* Universitärer Masterabschluss vorzugsweise in Rechtwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder internationalen Beziehungen, mit relevanter Berufserfahrung * Fachwissen im nationalen und internationalen Unternehmenssteuerrecht und Freude an politischen Fragestellungen, Kenntnisse im Bereich der Mindestbesteuerung von grossen Unternehmen (OECD-Mindeststeuer) werden vorausgesetzt * Zuverlässig und durchsetzungsstark, lösungs- und teamorientiert; exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorisches Geschick bei der Bearbeitung von komplexen Sachverhalten * Ausgeprägte analytische und redaktionelle Fähigkeiten * Sehr gute Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen sowie des Englischen

Das Staatssekretariat für internationale Finanzfragen (SIF) verantwortet die Koordination und die strategische Führung in internationalen Finanz-, Steuer- und Währungsangelegenheiten und vertritt die Interessen der Schweiz in diesen Bereichen gegenüber dem Ausland. Es erarbeitet Grundlagen für die Finanzmarktpolitik, die Finanzmarktregulierung und den Steuerstandort Schweiz.
