Wir unterstützen kleine und mittelgrosse Unternehmen aus dem Finanz\- und finanznahen Bereich (Banken, Vermögensverwalter, Zahlungsdienstleister, IT\-Provider etc.) in ihren täglichen Aufgaben kompetent, kundenorientiert und flexibel. Zur Verstärkung des Bereichs «Legal, Compliance \& Risk» suchen wir dich als Fachspezialist/in Legal \& Compliance im Finanzmarktrecht 80 \- 100 %.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich

  • Beraten, Unterstützen und selbstständiges Betreuen unserer Kunden im Finanzmarktrecht und Compliance ( GwG, AIA, FATCA, FIDLEG, FINIG), im Vertragsrecht und weiteren Rechtsgebieten ( Erbrecht, DSG, SchkG, Arbeitsrecht)
  • Überwachen der regulatorischen Entwicklungen auf internationaler und nationaler Ebene, stufengerechtes Informieren und Abklären des Handlungsbedarfs für unsere Kunden
  • Umsetzen von regulatorischen Projekten
  • Erarbeiten von Musterweisungen, Musterverträgen sowie weiteren Vorlagen
  • Mitgestalten und Durchführen von fachspezifischen Ausbildungen und Informationsveranstaltungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechtswissenschaften, im Wirtschaftsrecht oder Diplom als Wirtschaftsprüfer/in; berufsspezifische Weiterbildungen im Finanzmarktrecht oder das Anwaltspatent können von Vorteil sein
  • Berufserfahrung im Finanzmarktrecht und Compliance wird vorausgesetzt
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in aufsichtsrechtlichen Themen wie VSB, GwG, FIDLEG, AIA, FATCA, Sanktionen etc.
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Dank deiner Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung repräsentierst du unser Unternehmen bei Bedarf auch direkt vor Ort bei den Kunden und agierst professionell und partnerschaftlich
  • Analytisches Denken und Erkennen von Zusammenhängen zählen zu deinen Stärken
  • Du bist eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, zeigst gerne Initiative, bist kontaktfreudig und verlierst dabei nicht den Sinn für praktische und kundenorientierte Lösungen
