Ihre Aufgaben

In erster Linie unterstützen und beraten Sie nationale und internationale Kunden professionell bei anspruchsvollen Lohnmandaten. Aufgrund Ihrer Berufserfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung kennen Sie die Bedürfnisse der Kunden, erkennen komplexe Zusammenhänge, beispielsweise in Bezug auf grenzüberschreitende Sozialversicherungen, und sind in der Lage, die Kunden in anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen optimal zu beraten. Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und unterstützen aktiv den Auf\- und Ausbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen.

Wenn Sie sich darüber hinaus die Betreuung von Buchhaltungsmandaten, Reporting, Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und Steuererklärungen zutrauen und über die entsprechenden Fähigkeiten verfügen, wird Ihnen auch diese Verantwortung gerne übertragen.

Ihr Profil

Für Ihre Rolle als Fachspezialist mit Mandatsleitung in der Lohnbuchhaltung/Treuhand sollten Sie über mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung verfügen. Wichtig sind eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Treuhänder:in, ein Bachelor\-Abschluss oder eine Qualifikation als Payroll\-Expert:in.

Für diese Position sind eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise von grosser Bedeutung. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit Abacus sind ebenfalls wichtig.

Sie sollten Freude am Umgang mit Kunden haben und sich darauf konzentrieren, diese zum bestmöglichen Erfolg zu führen.
