  • Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung nach ISO 9001
  • Prozesse modellieren, analysieren, optimieren und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
  • Fachbereiche und Geschäftsleitung bei Qualitäts- und Prozessthemen beraten und Normkonformität sicherstellen
  • Interne und externe Audits planen, durchführen und nachbereiten
  • Qualitätskennzahlen messen, Managementreviews erstellen und auswerten
  • Dokumentationen und Prozesslandschaft pflegen und weiterentwickeln
  • Abstimmung von Prozesslandschaft und Managementsystem mit der Unternehmensarchitektur in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Enterprise Architekten
  • Mitarbeitende zu Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessen und Dokumentation schulen
  • Mitarbeit bei Compliance und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen für ISO 27001, ISO 45001 und ISO 14001

Das macht dich aus ###

  • Erfahrung oder Weiterbildung im Qualitäts- oder Prozessmanagement
  • Kenntnisse der ISO 9001 sowie Auditerfahrung (intern und extern)
  • Freude an Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Sensibilität für Business Excellence und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke, teamorientierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
