Fachspezialist\\\in Qualitätsmanagement Fachspezialist\\\in Qualitätsmanagement ======================================= Für die neu geschaffene Stelle Fachspezialist\\\in Qualitätsmanagement suchen wir per eine engagierte und versierte Persönlichkeit. ### Aufgaben \ Sie bauen ein bereichsübergreifendes Qualitätsmanagement für die SAW auf und entwickeln dieses kontinuierlich weiter. \* Sie schaffen resp. vereinheitlichen Standards und Instrumente zur Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen. \* Sie fördern ein organisationsweit einheitliches Qualitätsverständnis. \* Sie unterstützen die Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und interner Anforderungen in den Bereichen Qualität, Feedback und Datenschutz. \* Sie unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung von Datenschutz und Records Management. ### Profil \* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Qualitätsmanagement, Informationsmanagement oder Organisationsentwicklung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation \* Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, in der Organisationsentwicklung sowie im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen \* Kenntnisse in Datenschutz und Records Management sowie Verständnis entsprechender gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen \* Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Fähigkeit, praxisorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln und zu vermitteln \* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikations\\- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres und professionelles Auftreten ### Wir bieten Eine abwechslungsreiche und herausfordernde Aufgabe mit hohem Gestaltungsfreiraum in einem spannenden Umfeld und einem aufgeschlossenen Team.
