Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Reporting & Abschlüsse: Aktive Mitwirkung bei Monats, Quartals und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Erstellung des externen Finanzreportings nach öffentlichen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IPSAS / IFRS).
  • Financial Controlling & Treasury: Verantwortung für das globale Cash/Management, finanzielles Risikomanagement sowie die Liquiditäts und Budgetplanung.
  • Analysen & Sonderthemen: Erstellung von internen/externen Finanzanalysen, Kennzahlen Reports und Ad hoc Auswertungen. Betreuung spezifischer Finanzthemen bei Infrastruktur und Grossprojekten.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ansprechperson bei Mehrwertsteuer und Steuerfragen sowie Mitwirkung in betriebswirtschaftlichen Digitalisierungsprojekten.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Interne und externe Vertretung des Finanzbereichs bei fachtechnischen Anfragen.

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder Fachausweis im Finanz und Rechnungswesen (z. B. auf dem Weg zum/zur diplomierten Experten/Expertin Rechnungslegung & Controlling).
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Hauptbuch, Financial Reporting und Abschlusserstellung.
  • Fachwissen: Gute Kenntnisse öffentlicher oder internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards (IPSAS / IFRS), fundiertes Know-how im Schweizer MWST-Recht und Erfahrung im Treasury von Vorteil.
  • IT-Skills: Erprobter Umgang mit SAP (Modul FI/CO) und sehr gute Excel.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Persönlichkeit: Analytische, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung.
