Das Institut PSI ist das grösste Forschungsinstitut für Natur\- und Ingenieurwissenschaften der Schweiz. Am PSI betreiben wir Spitzenforschung in den Bereichen Zukunftstechnologien, Energie und Klima, Health Innovation sowie Grundlagen der Natur. Durch Grundlagen\- und angewandte Forschung arbeiten wir an nachhaltigen Lösungen für zentrale Fragen aus Gesellschaft, Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft. Die Ausbildung von jungen Menschen ist ein zentrales Anliegen des PSI. Deshalb sind etwa ein Viertel unserer Mitarbeitenden Postdoktorierende, Doktorierende oder Lernende. Insgesamt beschäftigt das PSI 2300 Mitarbeitende.

Für die Sektion Rechnungswesen suchen wir eine\*n

Fachspezialist\*in Rechnungswesen, Rapportierung nach IPSAS 70\-100% ====================================================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit in Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen, insbesondere bei der Erstellung des externen Reportings für den ETH\-Bereich
  • Verantwortung Treasury und finanzielles Risikomanagement
  • Erstellung von internen und externen Finanzanalysen, Reporting und Ad Hoc Analysen (z.B. Erstmittelverbrauch) sowie Reserven
  • Mitarbeit bei Budget\-, Mehrjahres\- und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Ansprechperson in Mehrwert\- und Steuerfragen
  • Betreuung von Spezialthemen im Bau, speziell im Zusammenhang mit Nuklearanlagen
  • Mitarbeit in betriebswirtschaftlichen Projekten der Abteilung
  • Externe Repräsentanz der Sektion Finanzen und Rechnungswesen

Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Ausbildung in den Finanzen, mindestens Fachfrau\*mann Finanz\-und Rechnungswesen mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Vorzugsweise mit vertieften Kenntnissen von IFRS/IPSAS, beispielsweise in Ausbildung zum\r Experten\in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MWST
  • Erfahrung im Treasury von Vorteil
  • Analytische Denk\- und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute EDV (SAP) und Microsoft Excel Kenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
