Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du gestaltest Testaktivitäten in zentralen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Asset Managements und zur Einführung neuer Systeme
  • Du planst, koordinierst und dokumentierst Fachtests sowie User Acceptance Tests (UAT) innerhalb unserer Organisationseinheit und darüber hinaus und stellst gemeinsam mit dem End-to-End-Testteam eine hohe Testqualität sicher
  • Du unterstützt das fachliche Testing von Applikationen, Schnittstellen und Prozessen entlang der Customer Journeys Privatkunden und stellst deren fachliche Qualität sicher
  • Du erarbeitest Testfälle und Abnahmekriterien gemeinsam mit Customer Journey Ownern, IT und externen Partnern
  • Du identifizierst Fehler, analysierst Ursachen und begleitest die nachhaltige Behebung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Du bringst neue Perspektiven ein, hinterfragst bestehende Lösungen und trägst dazu bei, Prozesse und Systeme kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (KV) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Fachtesting, Business Testing oder in der Quality Assurance, idealerweise im Bereich Wertschriftengeschäft, Vorsorge oder Digital Assets
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Front-to-Back-Prozessen im Anlagegeschäft
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie im Einsatz von Testmanagement-Methoden und -Werkzeugen
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Zusammenhänge über Bereichsgrenzen hinweg zu erkennen
  • Vernetzte Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
