Du arbeitest gerne sorgfältig und strukturiert, behältst auch bei unterschiedlichen Anliegen den Überblick und hast Freude an der Verarbeitung von Mutationen und Versicherungsanträgen? Du kannst dich zudem auf Italienisch und/oder Französisch verständigen? Dann werde Teil der CONCORDIA-Familie: Für unseren Bereich Versicherungstechnik Privatkunden suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit wie dich.

Das erwartet dich ###

  • Du bearbeitest selbständig einfache und komplexe Mutationen und stellst deren korrekte und termingerechte Verarbeitung sicher.
  • Ergänzend bearbeitest du Anträge von bestehenden und neuen Versicherten und führst bei Bedarf einfachere Risikoprüfungen durch.
  • Eingehende Kündigungen bearbeitest du effizient.
  • Auch Korrespondenz mit Leistungserbringern, Versicherten und Mitarbeitenden in unseren Agenturen und Geschäftsstellen gehört zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.
  • Unsere Versicherten sowie Mitarbeitenden in unseren Agenturen und Geschäftsstellen berätst du geduldig und mit hoher Serviceorientierung.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Du besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene berufliche Grundbildung als Kaufmann oder Kauffrau EFZ oder im medizinischen Bereich (z.B. MPA, Fachperson Apotheke EFZ).
  • Eine gute Verständigung in Italienisch und/oder Französisch ist dein grosses Plus.
  • Eine exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise, ein respektvoller Umgang sowie eine hohe Belastbarkeit, insbesondere bei saisonalen Peaks, zeichnen dich aus.
  • Eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und ein routinierter Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Softwareprogrammen setzen wir voraus.
  • Kannst du Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche, idealerweise in der Risikoprüfung mitbringen? Umso besser!
