Fachspezialist/in Vorsorge (70–80 Prozent)

Für den Bereich Lebensversicherung suchen wir ab 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine team- und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit. In dieser anspruchsvollen Funktion an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft und Politik leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung der Branche.

Sie gestalten die Zukunft der Schweizer Lebensversicherung aktiv mit. Sie übernehmen die inhaltliche Verantwortung für aktuelle Fragestellungen der Lebensversicherung und begleiten die Weiterentwicklung des regulatorischen Umfelds – insbesondere bei relevanten Gesetzes- und Verordnungsrevisionen wie BVG, VVG und VAG. Als zentrale Ansprechperson unter unterstützen Sie die Bereichsleitung in der strategischen Gremienarbeit und vertreten die Positionen unserer Mandantin nach aussen.

Sie vernetzen sich mit Entscheidungsträgern, koordinieren Positionen und tragen so wesentlich zur Weiterentwicklung der Assekuranz in der Schweiz bei.

Ihre Aufgaben - Bearbeitung von relevanten Fach- und Regulierungsfragen für die Lebensversicherer - Teilnahme an Vernehmlassungen zu Gesetzes- und Verordnungsänderungen und Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen, Anträgen, Konzepten und Positionspapieren - Proaktive Bearbeitung von politischen Vorstössen, von der Beobachtung über die Bewertung bis zur Ableitung von Handlungsbedarf - Fachliche und organisatorische Betreuung der Kommissionen Fachthemen Leben sowie Rechtsfragen Leben (inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung der Kommissionssitzungen)

Ihr Profil - Mindestens 6–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lebensversicherungs- oder Pensionskassenumfeld, oder in verwandten finanzmathematischen bzw. regulatorischen Themenfeldern - Hochschulabschluss in Mathematik, Ökonomie, Jurisprudenz (mit Schwerpunkt Versicherungs- oder Finanzmarktrecht) oder als Pensionskassenexperte bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation - Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen regulatorischen Fragestellungen sowie in der Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen, Konzepten oder Positionspapieren - Interesse an Verbandsarbeit, politischen Prozessen und der Weiterentwicklung des regulatorischen Umfelds - Analytische, strukturierte und vernetzte Denkweise sowie hohe konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten - Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Sozialkompetenz und ein professioneller, sicherer Auftritt - Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und exzellente schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in deutscher Sprache
