**Das erwartet dich**

* Der telefonische und schriftliche Support bereitet dir Freude und du bist eine geschätzte Ansprechperson für zeitwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen verschiedener Anspruchsgruppen wie HR-Beratung und Linienvorgesetzte * Mit deiner IT-Affinität erstellst du Auswertungen und Statistiken mühelos und berätst kompetent bei komplexen Fällen * Du erfasst, pflegst und wertest Arbeitszeitdaten in Systemen wie Polypoint PEP und SAP HCM aus und unterstützt aktiv beim Monatsabschluss * Du bearbeitest arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen und begleitest HR-Prozesse fundiert

**Das bringst du mit**

* Mehrjährige, vertiefte Berufserfahrung im entsprechenden Fachbereich sowie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung auf Stufe Fachausweis (z. B. HR-Fachfrau/-fachmann oder gleichwertig) * Gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und die Fähigkeit, Anspruchsgruppen kompetent, sicher und lösungsorientiert zu beraten * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Zeitwirtschaft, eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, analytisches Denken sowie ein starkes Flair für Zahlen und Datenanalysen * Eine eigenständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer hohen Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude am Kontakt via Telefon und E-Mail
