Fachspezialist Leistungsmanagement (m/w/d) ------------------------------------------

Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Leistungsfällen
  • Beurteilung von Versicherungsleistungen anhand gesetzlicher und vertraglicher Richtlinien
  • Abklärung komplexer Sachverhalte sowie Beurteilung von Leistungsansprüchen
  • Bearbeitung von Kostengutsprachen
  • Prüfung und Verarbeitung eingehender Rechnungen
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Versicherten, Leistungserbringern und internen Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Leistungsmanagement oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit. Kenntnisse der Krankenversicherung (KVG/VVG) sowie medizinische Grundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Erfahrung im schweizerischen Tarifwesen erleichtert Ihnen den Einstieg. Sie arbeiten strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und selbständig, treffen fundierte Entscheidungen und zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung aus. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
