Fachspezialist Payroll Abacus, 80\-100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Verantwortung der zugeteilten Entities im Payroll mit ca. 500 HC’s inkl. Schichten und Zulagen
  • Sie beherrschen die Quellensteuern\- und Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen aus dem «FF»
  • Meldungen an die Sozialversicherungen und Ämter (Eintritte, Austritte, Mutationen, Lohndaten der Abwicklung Familienzulagen, Erwerbsersatz\- und Mutterschaftsentschädigungen)
  • Bearbeitung der Unfall\- und Krankheitsmeldungen via Sunetplus inklusive Lohnkürzungen bei Langzeitabwesenheit (Rückrechnungen etc.)
  • Stellvertretung der Arbeitskollegen im Team untereinander und deren zugeteilten Entities
  • Aufbereitung und Analyse von Statistiken und Abrechnungen

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 3\-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Payroll
  • Versiert in der Schweizer Lohnbuchhaltung; Quellensteuer, Sozialversicherungen und Arbeitsrecht
  • Erfahrungen mit ERP Abacus werden bevorzugt, gute Kenntnisse in Excel
  • Eigenverantwortung, Team\-Player, ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch und eine starke Selbstorganisationsfähigkeit
  • Muttersprache Deutsch oder Level (C1 mit Diplom), jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
