Deine Aufgaben

  • Koordinieren von Messsystemanalysen (MSA) und Sicherstellen der Kalibrierung von Messmitteln
  • Ausarbeiten und laufendes Anpassen von Kontrollplänen und den zugehörigen Prüfmerkmalen
  • Leiten von FMEA-Workshops sowie Erarbeiten und Nachführen von Design- und Prozess-FMEAs
  • Sicherstellen von Erstmusterprüfungen sowie Begleiten des Freigabeprozesses für neue Muster
  • Konzipieren und Durchführen von Qualitätsschulungen innerhalb des Teams
  • Mitwirken an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Qualitätsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH, beispielsweise in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Maschinenbau
  • Weiterbildung zum System- und Prozessauditor
  • Erfahrung im Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement mit Schwerpunkt Quality Assurance sowie im Projektmanagement
  • Durchsetzungsstarke, strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2) / Englisch: Gute Kenntnisse (B2)
