**Spannende Aufgaben warten:**

* Sie führen den Fachbereich Lohnpolitik und sind die zentrale Fach- und Ansprechperson für das kantonale Vergütungssystem inklusive seiner rechtlichen und systematischen Grundlagen, einschliesslich Beratung und Schulung der HR-Fachpersonen. * Sie führen die jährliche Lohnrunde für das kantonale Personal durch, von der Planung über die Kommunikation und die Umsetzung im SuccessFactors Compensation bis zur Berichterstattung. * Sie organisieren und verantworten den Persuisse-Lohnvergleich, die Lohngleichheitsanalyse LOGIB sowie weitere Compensation \& Benefits-Analysen und Lohnbenchmarks. * Sie arbeiten im Projekt "Überarbeitung Lohnsystem kantonales Personal" mit, erarbeiten Fachinputs und Grundlagen und übernehmen Mitverantwortung für Teilprojekte. * Sie beantworten parlamentarische Vorstösse, Geschäfte und Anfragen zum Fachbereich und entwickeln Instrumente, Grundlagen, Prozesse und Systeme der Lohnpolitik im Sinne der HR-Strategie weiter.

**Was Sie mitbringen:**

* Bachelor mit MAS oder Master mit CAS in Compensation \& Benefits, Performance Management oder einem verwandten Gebiet (Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder andere Sozialwissenschaft mit Ausrichtung Human Resources) * Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im C\&B- bzw. Total Rewards-Bereich sowie Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors Compensation * Hohe Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung sowie die Motivation, Themen zu übernehmen und voranzutreiben * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Freude an konzeptioneller Arbeit und an Zahlen * Sicheres Gespür für das politische Umfeld der öffentlichen Verwaltung sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten

Ihr Arbeitsumfeld

Das Departement [Finanzen und Ressourcen](https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dfr) mit rund 650 Mitarbeitenden ist als Querschnittsdepartement dafür zuständig, dass dem Kanton die für die Aufgabenerfüllung notwendigen Ressourcen zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Abteilung [Human Resources Aargau](https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dfr/ueber-uns/organisation/hr-aargau) erarbeitet Grundlagen zur Realisierung einer zeitgemässen und sozialverantwortlichen HR- und Lohnpolitik für den Arbeitgeber Kanton Aargau. Im Fokus stehen dabei die Gestaltung einer modernen Arbeitswelt sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Führungsinstrumente zur Unterstützung der operativen HR-Arbeit in den Departementen, der Staatskanzlei und den Gerichten Kanton Aargau.
