**Spannende Aufgaben warten:**

* Analyse von bestehenden Konzepten, Logistiklösungen und Schnittstellen zur SNZ 144 sowie Partnerorganisationen zwecks Identifikation und Priorisierung von Versorgungslücken * Erarbeitung eines skalierbaren Zielkonzepts mit klaren Rollen, Führungsstrukturen und praxistauglichen Prozessen für die Sanitätsnotfallvorsorge bei Grossereignissen * Digitalisierung und Automatisierung manueller Abläufe unter Nutzung von Microsoft 365 sowie Fachlösungen inklusive Definition von Anforderungen, Datenschutz und Rückfallebenen * Bedarfsermittlung, Begleitung und nachhaltige Bewirtschaftungsplanung für Material-, Lager- und Logistikbeschaffungen * Koordination aller Anspruchsgruppen über Fachgruppen und Workshops, Erstellung von Departementsberichten sowie Mitwirkung in interkantonalen Gremien

**Was Sie mitbringen:**

* Masterabschluss einer Fachhochschule oder Universität in einer relevanten Fachrichtung oder Abschluss einer Höheren Fachschule mit entsprechender Zusatzausbildung (DAS, MAS), vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Public Management, Gesundheitswesen, Rettungswesen, Bevölkerungsschutz, Logistik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement, in der Organisationsentwicklung oder bei der Erarbeitung komplexer Konzepte * Praxiserfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung sowie in sicherheitskritischen Bereichen wie dem Gesundheits- und Rettungswesen oder Bevölkerungsschutz * Know-how in Beschaffungsprojekten, Materialbewirtschaftung, Logistik oder technischen Systemeinführungen * Hohe Koordinations- und Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Fachleuten, Führungsgremien und externen Partnern
