Wädenswil ist eine attraktive Stadt am linken Zürichseeufer mit gut 26'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern. In der Stadtverwaltung arbeiten rund 380 Mitarbeitende, die für die Bevölkerung täglich umfassende Dienstleistungen erbringen.

Für den Stab Soziales (Abteilung Soziales) suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachlich versierte, selbständige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit.

Fachspezialistin/Fachspezialist Sozialversicherungsrecht und Sozialhilfe, 50 %

Sie unterstützen die Leitung Soziales und die Sozialarbeitenden bei anspruchsvollen sozialversicherungs\- und verfahrensrechtlichen Fragestellungen. Dabei stellen Sie eine fundierte rechtliche Beurteilung sicher und tragen zur Qualität der Entscheide im Bereich der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe bei.

Zu Ihren Handlungsfeldern gehören

  • Unterstützung bei der Erschliessung sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Leistungsansprüche
  • rechtliche Prüfung komplexer Einzelfälle, insbesondere im Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Verfassen anspruchsvoller Entscheide und rechtliche Vorprüfung von Entscheiden im Bereich der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe
  • Mitwirkung bei Einspracheverfahren und Aufsichtsbeschwerden sowie Verfassen von Entscheiden und Stellungnahmen
  • Durchführung von Gesprächen im Rahmen des rechtlichen Gehörs
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Handbüchern, insbesondere zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise auf Tertiärstufe sowie eine Weiterbildung als Sozialversicherungsfachfrau/Sozialversicherungsfachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich der sozialen Sicherheit, idealerweise ergänzt durch Verwaltungserfahrung im Sozialbereich
  • selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und adressatengerecht darzustellen
  • offene und klare Kommunikationsfähigkeit
