​ Ihre Aufgaben -----------------

Funktionsumschreibung

  • Durchführung von Instandhaltungs-, Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten gemäss technischen Vorgaben
  • Austausch, Prüfung und Einstellung von Komponenten nach definierten Richtlinien
  • Bearbeitung von Kontroll- und Änderungsaufträgen sowie Erkennung und Meldung von Abweichungen

Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Selbstständige Ausführung von Wartungs-, Einstellungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Messungen inkl. Protokollführung
  • Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Instandsetzungsmassnahmen
  • Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen an mechanischen, elektrischen und pneumatischen Anlagen
  • Behebung von Störungen basierend auf Sicht- und Funktionskontrollen
  • Austausch von Verschleissteilen und Durchführung von Komponententauschen
  • Bearbeitung von klar definierten Instandsetzungs-, Kontroll- und Änderungsaufträgen
  • Lückenlose Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten und Pflege der Wartungsdaten
  • Meldung von Verbesserungspotenzialen im Sinne des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP)
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Anlagen und Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsteam zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
  • Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil --------------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Instandhaltungstechniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung industrieller Anlagen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektronik und Pneumatik
  • Analytische Denkweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Wartungs- und Diagnosesoftware
  • Selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Schicht- und Überzeiteinsätzen
  • Einwandfreier Strafregister- und Betreibungsauszug (bei Stellenantritt erforderlich)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2)
