Das Kompetenzzentrum SONNENBERG ist eine sonderpädagogische Dienstleistungsorganisation. Begleitet und unterrichtet werden Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit Sehbeeinträchtigung, Blindheit, Blindheit und/oder Sehbeeinträchtigung mit mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung, Sprachbeeinträchtigung und schwere Verhaltensauffälligkeiten.

Das Kompetenzzentrum SONNENBERG in Baar ist eine führende sonderpädagogische Dienstleistungsorganisation. Wir begleiten und unterrichten Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit Seh\-, Sprach\- oder mehrfachen Beeinträchtigungen sowie Verhaltensauffälligkeiten.

Da unsere aktuelle Stelleninhaberin in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand geht, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachlich versierte und empathische Persönlichkeit als

Fachverantwortliche Gesundheit (40 – 50 %) --------------------------------------------

Deine Aufgaben

  • Hier schlägt dein Puls: Du verantwortest die Pflegemassnahmen sowie das gesamtbetriebliche Medikamentenmanagement (gemäss den gesetzlichen und internen Richtlinien und entwickelst diese stetig weiter.)
  • Wissen teilen und stärken: Du führst und berätst die Pflegefachpersonen sowie Mitarbeitende aus Schule, Internat und Therapie fachlich in allen gesundheitlichen Fragen. Zudem gestaltest du interne Weiterbildungen und Sensibilisierungsanlässe.
  • Fäden zusammenhalten: Du leitest und koordinierst die interne Pflegehotline (und stellst eine reibungslose, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Dein starkes Fundament: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH sowie eine Berufsausübungsbewilligung (BAB) des Kantons Zug (oder die Bereitschaft, diese einzuholen).
  • Dein fachlicher Rucksack: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Pflege, der Hygiene, dem Medikamentenmanagement und den entsprechenden gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
  • Dein Wesen im Alltag: Du bist kommunikationsstark, behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen die Ruhe und schätzt die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.
