Für eine moderne Spitex-Organisation in der Region Basel suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Erfahrung in der Kinder-Spitex. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Fallverantwortung im pädiatrischen Umfeld und begleiten Kinder, Jugendliche sowie deren Familien professionell und einfühlsam im häuslichen Umfeld. Es erwartet Sie ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit attraktiven Anstellungsbedingungen, vielseitigen Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodellen in einem unterstützenden Team.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
  • Erfahrung im pädiatrischen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit, pflegerische Situationen kompetent einzuschätzen
  • Bereitschaft für Einsätze mit dem Velo
  • Teamfähige und empathische Persönlichkeit

Aufgaben ##

  • Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Koordination des Pflegeprozesses
  • Ermittlung des Pflegebedarfs sowie Erstellung und Führung der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation
  • Durchführung pflegerischer Einsätze bei Klientinnen und Klienten zuhause
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden in komplexen Pflegesituationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Fachstellen und Angehörigen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Kinder-Spitex
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität im ambulanten Umfeld
  • Planbare Einsätze im Tag- und Abenddienst ohne Nachteinsätze
