Für die Patientenadministration am Standort Triemli suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und initiative Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben

  • Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung der Patientenadministration aktiv mit und unterstützt die Bereichsleitung bei strategischen, organisatorischen und digitalen Transformationsvorhaben.
  • Du leitest bereichsinterne sowie bereichsübergreifende Projekte und Teilprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst nachhaltige, praxisorientierte Lösungen.
  • Du erarbeitest Fachkonzepte, Business\-Anforderungen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Handlungsempfehlungen für Führungs\- und Entscheidungsgremien.
  • Du entwickelst das Prozessmanagement innerhalb der Patientenadministration weiter und förderst die Standardisierung und Harmonisierung von End\-to\-End\-Prozessen.
  • Du unterstützt den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) sowie geeigneter Qualitäts\- und Steuerungsinstrumente.
  • Du moderierst Workshops, koordinierst Anspruchsgruppen und förderst die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und den Wissenstransfer.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium auf Stufe FH/HF oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Patientenadministration eines Schweizer Akutspitals
  • Erfahrung im Projekt\- und Prozessmanagement sowie in der Umsetzung von Veränderungs\- oder Digitalisierungsvorhaben
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von internen Kontrollsystemen (IKS) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Anforderungsdokumenten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten, gute Kommunikations\- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, hohe Eigenverantwortung, Belastbarkeit und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
