Die Evangelisch\-Reformierte Kirchgemeinde Luzern ( ) erstreckt sich über ein Gebiet von 18 politischen Gemeinden und besteht aus 8 Teilkirchgemeinden mit rund 16’500 Mitgliedern. Das Sekretariat der Teilkirchgemeinde der Stadt Luzern ist eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende, Pfarrpersonen, Gremien und die Öffentlichkeit.

Als initiative, zahlenaffine und kommunikationsstarke Fachperson mit Organisationstalent, Diskretion und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen suchen wir Sie als

Fachverantwortliche:r Sekretariat 80 – 100 % m/w/d

Direkt der Geschäftsstellenleitung unterstellt, sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für Buchhaltung, Kommunikation und administrative Belangen und vertreten die Geschäftsstel lenleitung in fachlichen Fragen bei Abwesenheiten. In diesem vielseitigen Umfeld tragen Sie wesentlich zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf der Teilkirchgemeinde der Stadt Luzern bei und bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitsprozesse ein.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsstellenleitung in Projekten und Aufgleisung neuer Arbeitsprozesse
  • Führung der Buchhaltung und Kollektenwesen
  • Betreuung der Kommunikationskanäle: Homepage, Social Media, Flyer und Kirchen bote
  • Unterstützung bei Berichten und Statistiken
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für EDV\-technische Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden (First\-Level\-Support)
  • Mitverantwortung für Raumreservation, Belegungspläne und Vertragswesen
  • Klassische Sekretariatsaufgaben wie Korrespondenz, Terminplanung und administrative Unterstützung

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Rechnungswesen oder Verwaltung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Kommunikationsarbeit (Homepage\- und Social\-Media\-Pflege)
  • Stilsicheres Formulieren von Texten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen sowie Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
