Fachverantwortung Integriertes Managementsystem (m/w/d) =======================================================

DAS KÖNNEN SIE BEI UNS BEWEGEN

  • Planen und Durchführen von internen Audits und Kontrollen (Büro, Baustelle)
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Audits mit der Zertifizierungsstelle
  • Berichterstattung über die Leistung des Managementsystems und über Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Mitarbeit und Weiterentwicklung der Managementsystemberichte der Konzernleitung der \-Gruppe
  • Pflegen, Aktualisieren und Weiterentwickeln des integrierten Managementsystems in den Bereichen Qualität, Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Implementieren neuer Prozesse
  • Entwickeln von Qualitätsstandards und Checklisten
  • Durchführen von Ursachenanalysen und Vorschlagen von Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Führen von Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmassnahmen
  • formales Prüfen und Unterhalten von Managementunterlagen

SIE HABEN BEREITS FOLGENDE GRUNDSTEINE GELEGT

  • Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich des Qualitäts\- und Umweltmanagementsystems
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie ein hohes Kommunikationslevel in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
  • gute IT\-Kenntnisse und versierter Umgang mit MS\-Office 365 (Teams / Word / Excel / Outlook) sowie mit MS\-SharePoint
  • Interesse an der Automatisierung von Arbeitsprozessen
  • vernetztes Denken und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
