Einleitung

Im Auftrag unserer Mandantin, einem erfolgreichen und international tätigen Industrieunternehmen im Raum Schaffhausen, suchen wir eine selbstständige, technisch versierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit als

der Arbeit

In dieser vielseitigen und verantwortungsvollen Funktion stellen Sie den störungsfreien und sicheren Betrieb der Gebäude, technischen Anlagen und der gesamten Infrastruktur sicher. Sie planen, koordinieren und überwachen Wartungs\-, Instandhaltungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten und übernehmen die Koordination von externen Dienstleistern. Zudem wirken Sie aktiv bei Umbau\-, Sanierungs\- und Investitionsprojekten mit und stellen die Einhaltung der relevanten Sicherheits\-, Umwelt\- und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sicher. Die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Infrastruktur, der betrieblichen Abläufe sowie der Energieeffizienz gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Budgetplanung, übernehmen Kosten\- und Vertragskontrollen und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Stellen, externe Partner und Behörden. Die Koordination und Führung externer Dienstleister sowie der Bereiche Gebäudereinigung und Hauswartung runden Ihr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ab.

Anforderungsprofil

Für diese Position verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise im Bereich Elektro, HLKS, Gebäudeautomation, Bau oder Betriebsunterhalt, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Facility Management. Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudebetrieb oder Facility Management sowie gute Kenntnisse der Gebäude\- und Anlagentechnik mit. Kenntnisse der relevanten Sicherheits\- und Umweltvorschriften sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten sind von Vorteil. Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse, ein Verständnis für Budgetierung und Kostenkontrolle sowie bautechnisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis ergänzen Ihr Profil.

Gesucht wird eine pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Macher\-Mentalität, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und bei Bedarf auch selbst Hand anlegt. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert und behalten auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Aufgaben den Überblick. Sie erhalten die Möglichkeit, die Infrastruktur und betrieblichen Abläufe aktiv mitzugestalten und werden in Ihrer fachlichen sowie persönlichen Weiterentwicklung unterstützt.
