Situé à Plan\-les\-Ouates, ce site moderne accueille des entreprises, institutions et organisations actives notamment dans l’économie sociale et solidaire, la formation professionnelle et le développement économique local. Dans un environnement vivant, multi\-occupants et en constante évolution, Reflex Services veille au bon fonctionnement du site et à la qualité des services proposés à ses utilisateurs. Un rôle de terrain au cœur de l’Espace Tourbillon

Vos responsabilités

Présent·e au quotidien sur le terrain, vous veillez au bon fonctionnement des immeubles et des parties communes ainsi qu’à la qualité générale du site. Interlocuteur·trice privilégié·e des occupants et des prestataires, vous prenez en charge leurs demandes, identifiez les besoins d’entretien ou de réparation et coordonnez les interventions nécessaires. Vous assurez le suivi des prestations de maintenance, contrôlez la qualité des travaux réalisés et veillez au respect des coûts, des délais et des engagements contractuels. Vous suivez également les sinistres, les états des lieux et certaines tâches administratives liées à l’exploitation, notamment le contrôle des devis et des factures. En lien étroit avec le Directeur et le Property Manager, vous contribuez à améliorer en permanence la qualité, la fonctionnalité et l’attractivité du site, dans une logique d'exploitation durable et socialement responsable.

Votre profil

Personne de terrain, autonome et orientée solutions, vous appréciez les environnements vivants où il faut gérer les priorités, coordonner différents interlocuteurs et faire avancer les choses concrètement. Fiable et pragmatique, vous disposez d’un véritable sens du service et êtes sensible aux enjeux de durabilité et de responsabilité sociale liés à l'exploitation d'un site. À l’aise avec les tâches administratives, vous savez suivre plusieurs dossiers simultanément et contrôler avec rigueur une intervention, un devis ou une facture. Titulaire d’un CFC obtenu en Suisse dans un métier technique du bâtiment ou de l’immobilier, vous avez idéalement suivi une formation complémentaire en Facility Management ou en exploitation immobilière. Votre parcours professionnel à Genève ou dans l’arc lémanique vous a permis de développer une bonne connaissance des métiers du bâtiment et une solide expérience du suivi de prestataires.
