Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Objekt- und Betriebssicherheit sowie Bedienung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen, auch im Pikettdienst
  • Zusammen mit dem Team Facility Management betreuen Sie sämtliche technischen Anlagen und führen kleinere Reparaturen selbständig aus
  • Sie treffen wirkungsvolle Massnahmen zur Verhütung von Betriebsunfällen und -störungen
  • Sie Aufbieten von externen Handwerkern und Ansprechperson vor Ort
  • Mithilfe bei der Arealreinigung, dem Winterdienst und der Abfallbewirtschaftung
  • Bereitstellung der Meetingräume und des Atriums für Anlässe 

 

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Grundausbildung vorzugsweise in der Elektrobranche mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zum Hauswart
  • Fachkenntnisse und -erfahrung im Bereich Facility Management
  • Sie sind eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungorientierung, auch bei hoher Belastung
  • Die Zusammenarbeit im Team und der Umgang mit Kunden und externen Dienstleistern macht Ihnen Freude
  • PC - Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook) sowie der Führerschein Kat. B runden Ihr Profil ab
