Zu unseren Hauptaufgaben zählt das Facility Management sowie das Erbringen von Facility Services Dienstleistungen. Für unseren Kunden im Gesundheitswesen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Mitarbeiter/in mit viel Einsatzfreude und Begeisterung für die Funktion als Facility Service Manager (FSM) 100 % für die Region Mittelland (Bern, Olten, Aargau) Ihre Verantwortung in ihrer Region: Verantwortung und Führung von integralen Mandaten Direkte Kommunikation intern und extern in Bezug auf die Mandate gemäss der Organisation Verantwortung für Organisation, Prozesse und Leistungserbringung in den integralen Mandaten Verantwortung für das Objektbudget nach den entsprechenden Vorgaben Führung und Motivation der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden in den Mandaten Schulungen von bestehenden und neuen Mitarbeitern führen Führung der Pikettorganisation Führen der eingesetzten IT\-Tools (CAFM, QM\-Tools, etc.) Einhalten und kontrollieren der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für die zugewiesenen Objekte Energiemanagement Durchführung von Qualitäts\-, Sicherheits\- und Umweltkontrollen sowie Audits Bearbeitung von Projekten und Innovationen in den Kundenmandaten Ausarbeiten und umsetzen von Optimierungsmassnahmen in den Kundenmandaten Ihr Profil: Ausbildung/Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management (FM), in der Gebäudetechnik (FH, MAS), Hochschulbildung im Bereich der Hotellerie (Hotelfachschule) oder ähnlichen Bereichen Ausbildung/Weiterbildung im technischen Bereich von Vorteil Ausgewiesene Führungs\- und Fachkompetenzen, im Servicebereich von Vorteil Erfahrung im Facility Management, Facility Services oder ähnlichen Bereich, insbesondere Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen sind dabei von grossem Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse im technischen Bereich Selbständige, initiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und guten analytischen Fähigkeiten Belastbare Persönlichkeit welche Prioritäten richtig setzen kann Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Motivationsfähigkeit Angepasstes und überzeugendes Auftreten Sehr gute IT\-Kenntnisse Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch (ösisch und Englisch von Vorteil) Führerausweis Kat.
