  • Verantwortung und Führung von integralen FM-Mandaten
  • Direkte Kommunikation intern und extern in Bezug auf die Mandate gemäss der Organisation
  • Organisation, Prozesse und Leistungserbringung in den integralen Mandaten
  • Verantwortung für das Objektbudget nach den entsprechenden Vorgaben
  • Führung und Motivation der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden in den Mandaten
  • Schulungen von bestehenden und neuen Mitarbeitern führen
  • Führung der Pikettorganisation mit Unterstützung der Bereichsverantwortlichen
  • Organisatorische Führung der eingesetzten IT-Tools (CAFM, QM-Tools, etc.)
  • Einhalten und kontrollieren der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für die zugewiesenen Objekte
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltkontrollen sowie Audits
  • Bearbeitung von Projekten und Innovationen in den Kundenmandaten
  • Ausarbeiten und umsetzen von Optimierungsmassnahmen in den Kundenmandaten
  • Regelmässige Präsenz in den Mandaten, Messen und Objekten zeigen und «mitleben».

Ihr Profil: ###

  • Ausbildung/Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management (FM), in der Gebäudetechnik (FH, MAS), Hochschulbildung im Bereich der Hotellerie (Hotelfachschule) oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • Ausbildung/Weiterbildung/Erfahrung im technischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Ausgewiesene Führungs- und Fachkompetenzen, im Servicebereich von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Facility Management, Facility Services oder ähnlichen Bereich, insbesondere Erfahrungen im Event- und oder Gesundheitswesen sind dabei von grossem
  • Vorteil
  • Selbständige, initiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit guten analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Belastbare Persönlichkeit welche Prioritäten richtig setzen kann
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Angepasstes und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Deutsch (Französisch und Englisch von Vorteil)
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
