Du bist FaGe EFZ und arbeitest gerne selbständig, verantwortungsvoll und nah am Menschen? Gleichzeitig schätzt du Abwechslung und übernimmst gerne organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Büro? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Für unser Spitex-Team im Raum Zürich suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson Gesundheit, die unsere Klientinnen und Klienten professionell zu Hause begleitet und unser Team zusätzlich bei verschiedenen Büro- und Backoffice-Aufgaben unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege bei unseren Klientinnen und Klienten zu Hause
  • Durchführung medizinaltechnischer Verrichtungen im Rahmen deiner Kompetenzen
  • Verabreichung von Medikamenten nach Verordnung
  • Unterstützung bei Körperpflege, Mobilisation und weiteren Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und Weiterleitung von Veränderungen
  • Pflegedokumentation und Leistungserfassung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen, Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachstellen
  • Diverse administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben an unserem Standort in Zürich
  • Unterstützung bei der Kontrolle von Pflegedokumentationen und Leistungserfassungen
  • Mithilfe bei Telefonaten, Terminorganisation, Ablage sowie allgemeinen Backoffice-Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei organisatorischen und administrativen Arbeiten im Tagesgeschäft

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit FaGe EFZ
  • Freude an der ambulanten Pflege und am selbständigen Arbeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Sicherer und respektvoller Umgang mit Klientinnen und Klienten
