Zur Verstärkung des Pflegeteams an einem Standort im Kanton Bern suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ. Deine Aufgaben

- Beteiligung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Betreuungsqualität

- Sicherstellung individueller und ganzheitlicher Bewohnerpflege täglich

-Frühzeitige Erkennung von Gesundheitsveränderungen und präzise Dokumentation

- Empathischer Austausch mit Angehörigen als kompetente Ansprechperson

- Aktive Unterstützung beim Erhalt vorhandener Fähigkeiten der Bewohner

- Einbeziehung der Bewohnenden in alle pflegerelevanten Entscheidungsprozesse

- Einbringung innovativer Ideen zur Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsprozesse

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossene Gesundheitsausbildung EFZ oder vergleichbare anerkannte Qualifikation - Mehrjährige Praxis in der Betreuung älterer Menschen - Exzellente deutsche Sprachfertigkeiten in Wort und Schrift - Empathische und wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber Bewohnenden - Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit - Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung - Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
