  • Fachliche und persönliche Begleitung unserer Lernenden
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation der Ausbildung im Berufsalltag
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegeteam, der Ausbildungsverantwortlichen und externen Ausbildungsstellen
  • Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Förderung einer lernfördernden Umgebung

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/\-mann Gesundheit EFZ oder Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF
  • Abgeschlossener Kurs als Berufsbildner/in oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Freude an der Begleitung und Förderung von Lernenden
  • Hohe Sozial\- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
