The posting

Im Umgang mit psychischen Erkrankungen zählt Vertrauen, Geduld und Kontinuität. Als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ begleiten Sie in Zürich Patientinnen und Patienten im Alltag, schaffen Orientierung und unterstützen sie dabei, Schritt für Schritt Stabilität zurückzugewinnen. In einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % arbeiten Sie in einem eingespielten Team und übernehmen eine wichtige Rolle in der Betreuung und Pflege.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses im interdisziplinären Team
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit von Patientinnen und Patienten im Alltag
  • Durchführung pflegebezogener Gruppenangebote
  • Mitverantwortung für Logistik, Materialbewirtschaftung und hauswirtschaftliche Abläufe
  • Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Interesse an psychiatrischen Krankheitsbildern und Pflegeprozessen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen in belastenden Lebenssituationen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
