Fahrdienstleiter/\-in Zugleitstelle Aarau (m/w/d) 50\-80% =========================================================

Die Zugleitstelle – das Herzstück des sicheren und pünktlichen Bahnverkehrs.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Zugleitstelle suchen wir für den Standort Aarau per 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit als Fahrdienstleiterin / Fahrdienstleiter Zugleitstelle.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest und überwachst den Zugverkehr sowie Rangierbewegungen auf dem WSB\-Netz (Linien S14 Aarau\-Schöftland und Aarau\-Menziken)
  • Du organisierst und disponierst den Zugverkehr unter Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften und Reglemente
  • Bei Störungen oder Ereignissen leitest du die notwendigen Massnahmen ein und sorgst für die Aufrechterhaltung des Bahn\- oder Ersatzbetriebs
  • Du planst und disponierst den Einsatz von Triebfahrzeugen sowie bei kurzfristigen Absenzen den Personaleinsatz
  • Du erstellst und kommunizierst betriebliche Anweisungen an Lokpersonal und weitere Anspruchsgruppen
  • Du stellst eine zeitnahe und umfassende Kundeninformation sicher, insbesondere bei Betriebsstörungen
  • Du koordinierst den Informationsfluss innerhalb des Betriebs und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen internen Stellen zusammen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Bahnbetriebsdisponent/\-in, Fahrdienstleiter/\-in /Zugverkehrsleiter/\-in Kat. B oder bringst die Bereitschaft für diese intensive, sechsmonatige Zusatzausbildung mit
  • Du hast einen Abschluss einer mind. 3\-jährigen, eidgenössisch anerkannten Berufslehre (EFZ) oder Matura
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und gewährleistest mit deinen Entscheiden und deinem Handeln die Sicherheit des Bahnverkehrs wie auch unserer Fahrgäste
  • Du bleibst in hektischen Situationen gelassen und priorisierst die anstehenden Aufgaben rasch und richtig
