Mit ökologisch wie gemeinschaftlich ausgerichteten Arbeiten stärken wir Menschen ressourcen- und lösungsorientiert und begleiten sie individuell auf ihrem beruflichen Weg.

Im Bereich Velowerkstatt Liestal begleiten wir rund 10 - 20 Teilnehmende.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Velo-Werkstatt-Teams in Liestal suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n fachkompetente/n

Fahrradmechaniker\*in EFZ mit agogischem Auftrag 60 - 100 % ##

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen in der Velowerkstatt eine Rolle als Fahrradmechaniker\*in und in der agogischen Begleitung unserer Teilnehmenden mit einem vielseitigen Aufgabenfeld:

  • Beratung von Kundinnen/en im Verkauf Velos und bzgl. Reparaturen
  • Selbständige Umsetzung von Kundenaufträgen von der Offerte über die Umsetzung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Erstellen von Occasionsvelos für den Verkauf & Bereitstellen von Neu-Velos
  • Unterhalt der Kuriervelos & Mithilfe beim Kurierdienst
  • Generelle Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle, insbesondere bei Occasionen, Velafrica-Velos und Kundenaufträgen
  • Arbeitsagogische Anleitung einer Gruppe von Teilnehmenden und Befähigung dieser zur qualitativ guten Umsetzung der Aufträge
  • Führen von Gesprächen inkl. Dokumentation und termingerechte Erstellung Berichten und Reportings an die zuweisenden Stellen (RAV, IV, SD)

Das bringen Sie mit    

  • Abschluss als Fahrradmechaniker\*in EFZ
  • Erfahrung als Fahrradmechaniker\*in & Freude an älteren Velo-Modellen und deren Instandstellung
  • PW-Führerschein mit Fahrpraxis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC, gute Anwenderkenntnisse in gängigen Office-Programmen, gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schriftsprache
  • Erfahrungen im Kurierdienst und als Praxisbildner\*in von Vorteil
  • eine Weiterbildung alsArbeitsagoge/-in, Arbeitserfahrung im agogischen Bereich und/oder sind bereit, eine agogische Ausbildung zu absolvieren
  • Bereitschaft, Samstage im Turnus zu arbeiten
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und eine selbständige effiziente Arbeitsweise
