Anforderungsprofil ##

Sie sind eine aufgeschlossene und flexible dipl. Pflegefachperson PSY HF/DN2/AKP mit vorzugsweise 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten oder stationären psychiatrischen Pflege. Sie sind gerne selbständig unterwegs und können trotz einer gewissen Distanz professionelle und tragfähige Beziehungen mit den Klientinnen und Klienten aufbauen.

Aufgaben ##

Sie sind verantwortlich für eine professionelle Betreuung der Klientinnen und Klienten in den unterschiedlichen und vielschichtigen Situationen des ambulanten psychiatrischen Bereiches. Als fallführende Pflegefachperson tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Schritte im Pflegeprozess der Klientinnen und Klienten. Sie unterstützen das somatische Team gezielt bei der Begleitung von Menschen mit einer psychischen Erkrankung. Es erwartet Sie vielseitige Arbeitsinhalte mit interessanten Pflegeaufträgen, Klienten und Pflegesituationen und geregelte Arbeitszeit.
