Familienberater:in (60 - 80%) mit Schwerpunkt Sozialpädagogische Familienbegleitung ##

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst: ###

  • Sie begleiten Familien bzw. Pflegefamilien in ihrem Alltag, stärken deren Ressourcen und unterstützen sie dabei, tragfähige Lösungen für herausfordernde Situationen zu entwickeln.
  • Sie ermöglichen im Rahmen von Besuchsbegleitungen den Kontakt zwischen Kindern bzw. Pflegekindern und den von ihnen getrenntlebenden Elternteilen
  • Sie beraten und begleiten Familien bzw. Pflegefamilien bedarfsorientiert
  • Sie erkennen Ressourcen und Risiken im Kindesschutz und formulieren Empfehlungen für die zuweisenden Stellen
  • Sie arbeiten systemisch, partizipativ, ressourcenorientiert und interdisziplinär
  • Sie führen fallbezogene Akten gemäss Vorgaben, verfassen Berichte und Sitzungsprotokolle
  • Sie begleiten im Team unsere Ferienlager

Das bringen Sie mit: ###

  • Diplom in Sozialpädagogik oder Kindheitspädagogik HF, Fachhochschuldiplom in Sozialer Arbeit, Universitätsabschluss in Sozialer Arbeit, Erziehungswissenschaften, Psychologie oder Heilpädagogik (zwingend)
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien/Pflegefamilien (zwingend)
  • Weiterbildung oder gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Kindesschutz/systemischer Familienberatung
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Krisen- und Konfliktsituationen
  • Hohe Reflexionsbereitschaft
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
  • Hohe Flexibilität (Einsätze auch abends und vereinzelt an Samstagen)
  • Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
