Wir suchen einen farbenerfüllten Maler (m/w/d), der mit Leidenschaft und Kreativität die Kundenprojekte gestaltet. Sie sind verantwortlich für das Streichen von Wänden, Decken, Fassaden und das Ausführen von dekorativen Maltechniken. Dabei arbeiten Sie sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team und bringen frische Ideen in jedes Projekt ein. Sie übernehmen die Farbberatung der Kunden und setzen deren Wünsche professionell um. Während der gesamten Arbeiten achten Sie auf die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und sorgen für eine saubere Baustelle, sodass die Kunden stets mit der höchsten Präzision und einem perfekten Endergebnis zufrieden sind.

Wir erwarten ##

Grundvoraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maler und Lackierer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Sie müssen Erfahrung in der Anwendung verschiedener Maltechniken sowie in der Kundenberatung mitbringen, um kreative und individuelle Lösungen zu finden. Kreativität und ein gutes Gesprächsgefühl für Farben und Gestaltung sind für das Unternehmen ebenso wichtig wie Ihre Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit. Sie arbeiten selbstständig und mit hoher Sorgfalt. Ein freundliches und sauberes Auftreten und die Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt runden Ihr Profil ab. Zudem ist ein Führerschein der Kategorie B von Vorteil, um flexibel bei den Projekten vor Ort zu sein.
