Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellen von Qualität, Passgenauigkeit und Sicherheit bei allen verbauten Elementen
  • Anpacken bei Materiallogistik und organisatorischen Aufgaben auf der Baustelle
  • Montieren von Fassadenteilen direkt vor Ort auf wechselnden Baustellen
  • Abstimmen der Arbeitsschritte mit Kranführern, Polieren und Projektleitung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zimmermann EFZ oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung im Fassadenbau
  • Praktischer Bezug zur Montage von Fassadenelementen von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise im Team
  • Robuste körperliche Verfassung und ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Offen für auswärtige Übernachtung 
  • Deutsch: Gute Kenntnisse (B2)

Deine Perspektiven Deine Einsätze führen dich auf Baustellen in der ganzen Schweiz, wobei du je nach Projekt auch mal auswärts übernachtest. Dafür profitierst du von einem attraktiven Arbeitszeitmodell mit der Möglichkeit, an vier Tagen zu arbeiten und trotzdem fünf Tage bezahlt zu bekommen. Dich erwarten 25 Tage Ferien, eine BVG-Lösung auf dem vollen Lohn ohne Koordinationsabzug und überobligatorisch versichert, sowie Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, die dich fachlich weiterbringen. Freikarten für den Stoos oder den Tierpark Goldau und gemeinsame Feierabendanlässe runden das Angebot ab, getragen von einer Unternehmenskultur, die auf Zusammenhalt setzt.
