Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Durchführung von Zwischen- und Warenausgangsprüfungen, sowie Qualitätsprüfungen und Bewertung von Nichtkonformitätsmeldungen (NKM, NMR).
  • Einleiten, Unterstützung und Dokumentation von Maßnahmen und Verbesserungen bei Qualitätsmeldungen und Toleranzüberschreitungen.
  • Mitwirkung bei internen Qualitätsschulungen, Audits und der Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätssicherung.
  • Sicherstellung der Kunden-Qualitätsanforderungen und Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften.
  • Operative Mitarbeit und Durchführung der Schichtübergabe, sowie Reporting der Qualitätssituation bei Mitarbeiterengpässen und im Rahmen von LineBriefings.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte sowie gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Belastbarkeit, Bereitschaft, Veränderungen aktiv mitzutragen und -gestalten.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verbesserungsmethoden wie Six Sigma, einschlägigen Qualitätswerkzeugen und statistischen Software-Tools wie Minitab.
  • Abgeschlossene (technische) Lehre oder Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Aus- oder Weiterbildung als Qualitätsprüfer (to be trained).
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) sowie solide SAP-Kenntnisse.
  • Bereitschaft, im 4-Schicht-System zu arbeiten.
