Deine Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Planen und steuern der Fertigungsabläufe im Werkzeugbau
  • Erstellen von Operationsplänen und Fertigungsaufträgen mittels SAP/FCTR
  • Ausarbeiten von digitalen Zwillingen zu den Operationsplänen der Formteile
  • Mitarbeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung der Planungs- und Steuerungsprozesse
  • Verantwortlich für die Bestellung von auftragsbezogenem Rohmaterial zur Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Produktion
  • Verantwortlich für Fremdvergaben von Einzelpositionen und Operationsschritten
  • Pflegen von Stammdaten im SAP-System

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Polymechaniker/-in, Werkzeugmacher/-in oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit zusätzlichen Qualifikationen wie Prozessfachmann/-frau, Techniker/-in Unternehmensprozesse oder vergleichbare Weiterbildungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zerspanung und Planung, Kenntnisse im Spritzgiesswerkzeugbau sind von Vorteil
  • SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent sowie lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
