Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der Anwender direkt vor Ort
  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support im Client- und Workplace-Umfeld
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Austausch von Notebooks, PCs, Monitoren, Dockingstations und Peripheriegeräten
  • Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Einrichtung und Übergabe von IT-Arbeitsplätzen für neue Mitarbeitende
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Windows 10/11 und Microsoft 365
  • Unterstützung bei Benutzerkonten, Passwörtern und Zugriffsberechtigungen
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests über das Ticketsystem
  • Durchführung von Hardware-Rollouts, Gerätewechseln und Arbeitsplatzumzügen
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten und Lösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Service Desk und weiteren IT-Fachstellen

Unsere Anforderungen ##

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder entsprechende praktische IT-Erfahrung
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Onsite-, Field- oder 1st-/2nd-Level-Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Windows 10/11 und Microsoft 365
  • Kenntnisse in Active Directory
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Notebooks, PCs, Druckern und weiterer IT-Peripherie
  • Kenntnisse in Intune, SCCM oder Entra ID von Vorteil
  • Gute Netzwerkgrundkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Führerausweis KAT B
