Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche und nachhaltige Führung der Filiale Wil SG sowie den Verkaufsausbau der Wirtschaftsregion
  • Die Betreuung und Beratung der bestehenden Kunden sowie Akquisition von Neukunden machen dir Spass
  • Gute Bedarfsabklärung, überzeugende Präsentation unserer Personaldienstleistungen und zielorientierte Erarbeitung von individuellen Lösungen für unsere Kunden gehören zu deiner professionellen Kundenbewirtschaftung
  • Mit unserem internen HR-Marketing und deinem Team organisierst du tolle Kunden- und Kandidatenanlässe und baust konstant das regionale Netzwerk mit potenziellen Geschäftskontakten aus

Dein Profil und Background ###

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Funktion mit viel Eigenkompetenz und breitem Handlungsspielraum braucht es eine regional gut vernetzte, initiative, motivierte und verlässliche Persönlichkeit mit folgenden Fähigkeiten:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Personalberatung sind zwingend
  • Ergänzende Weiterbildungen im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Personal sind von Vorteil
  • Als gewinnender Kommunikationsprofi möchtest du eine ganze Region weiterentwickeln
  • Du bist entscheidungsfreudig, weist ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick auf, hast einen starken Durchhaltewillen und sehr gute Menschenkenntnisse;
  • Deine ausgeprägte Macherqualitäten und dein hohes Mass an Leistungs- und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft zeichnen dich als Performer aus und du hast bereits schon Teams geführt;
