Das kannst du bewirken** 

  • Als Leiter:in Team Köniz lenkst und coachst du ein Team von 19 Personen in den Filialen Köniz, Bern 14 Mattenhof, Niederwangen b. Bern, Schwarzenburg sowie Wabern. 
  • Gemeinsam mit deiner Stellvertretung bildest du ein motiviertes Führungsduo, welches sich vollumfänglich ergänzt und vertritt. 
  • Du schaffst optimale Rahmenbedingungen, damit deine Mitarbeiter:innen sich gegenseitig unterstützen können. 
  • Dein Wissen teilst du mit deinem Team und förderst damit kontinuierliches Lernen. 
  • Zusammen mit deinem Team sorgst du für eine professionelle Abwicklung aller Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft und eine kompetente Kundenberatung. 
  • Du schaffst positive Kundenerlebnisse und trägst im Verkauf auch selbst einen aktiven Beitrag zur Zielerreichung der Filiale bei. 
  • Als Teil des Leitungsteams nimmst du regelmässig an Sitzungen teil und trägst aktiv zum Gesamterfolg bei. 

 

Das bringst du mit** 

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Verkauf, Detailhandel oder im kaufmännischen Bereich. 
  • In der Leitung eines Teams kannst du Erfahrung ausweisen (auch eine stellvertretende Funktion ist möglich). 
  • Du hast eine eidgenössisch anerkannte Weiterbildung als Führungsperson oder bist bereit diese nachzuholen. 
  • Da wir unsere Filialen für Dienstleistungsunternehmen verschiedener Branchen öffnen, hilft es dir, wenn du vielseitig interessiert bist und gerne Neues dazulernst. 
  • Du gestaltest aktiv Veränderungen und verstehst es, deine Mitarbeitenden dabei zu unterstützen und mitzunehmen. 
  • Zudem kommunizierst du mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut auf Deutsch. Jede weitere Landessprache ist von Vorteil.
