Job Description ##

Deine Herausforderung Du möchtest mehr als Buchhaltung und mehr als klassisches Controlling? Dann bietet dir diese Funktion die ideale Kombination: Einerseits wirkst du aktiv bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und stellst sicher, dass die finanziellen Ergebnisse korrekt, präzise und termingerecht ausgewiesen werden. Andererseits tauchst du tief in die Zahlen ein, analysierst Entwicklungen, erstellst Forecasts, unterstützt die Budgetplanung und lieferst wertvolle Insights für die Unternehmenssteuerung. Kurz gesagt: Du verbindest den Blick zurück mit dem Blick nach vorne.

  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Finanz- und Management-Reportings
  • Unterstützung bei Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
  • Analyse von Geschäftsentwicklungen sowie Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Projektbewertungen und finanziellen Abgrenzungen
  • Erstellung von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Entwicklung und Überwachung von relevanten Kennzahlen (KPIs)
  • Unterstützung von Management und Fachbereichen bei finanziellen Fragestellungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Controlling und weiteren internen Stakeholdern

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Finance und/oder Controlling
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, FH oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Abschlussprozess und ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
  • Selbständige, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Freude daran, mit Zahlen zu arbeiten und daraus relevante Erkenntnisse abzuleiten
