Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Kostenkontrolle verschiedener Projekte und Fachbereiche
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Finanzanalysen, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Überwachung von Projektbudgets sowie Nachverfolgung finanzieller Kennzahlen
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Beschaffungs- und Freigabeprozesse
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Verantwortung für Rechnungsprüfung, Zahlungsprozesse sowie Spesenmanagement
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Finanz- und Administrationsprozesse
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei organisatorischen und operativen Fragestellungen
  • Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder in finanziellen und administrativen Belangen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finance, Controlling, Business Operations oder Projektadministration
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und modernen Reporting-Tools
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Freude daran, Prozesse aufzubauen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick und hoher Serviceorientierung
