Job Description ##

Finance

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR
  • Führung der Haupt- und Nebenbücher
  • Abstimmung von Bilanz- und Erfolgsrechnungspositionen
  • Mitwirkung bei Budget-, Forecast- und Reporting-Prozessen
  • Analyse finanzieller Kennzahlen und Unterstützung des Managements bei Entscheidungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Revisoren, Behörden und Banken
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen

Payroll

  • Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung
  • Verantwortung für Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer und Pensionskasse
  • Abwicklung von Ein- und Austritten sowie Mutationen
  • Erstellung von Lohnausweisen und Jahresendabrechnungen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei lohnrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z.B. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Abschlusssicherheit
  • Fundierte Payroll-Erfahrung im Schweizer Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Sozialversicherungen und des Arbeitsrechts
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Selbstständige, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
