Finance Business Partner: \& Marketing 100% (w/m/d) ===================================================

Was du tun wirst

  • Planning: Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den \-Planungsprozess (Budget sowie rollierende Forecasts, z.B. 3\+9 / 6\+6 / 9\+3\) und stellst sicher, dass Volumen\-, Umsatz\- und Profitabilitätsplanung termingerecht und in hoher Qualität erfolgen.
  • SAC\-Systembetreuung: Du bist zentrale Ansprech\- und Superuser\-Person für SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) im Bereich \& Marketing, betreust die relevanten Planungsmodelle (u.a. Profitability, Cost Centre, WBS) und arbeitest eng mit dem globalen FP\&A\- / SAC\-Team zusammen.
  • Reporting \& Business Performance: Du entwickelst und pflegst Reports und Dashboards in SAC, um Performance, Marge und weitere KPIs transparent und verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Ad\-hoc\-Analysen: Du führst Profitability\- und \-Analysen durch und leitest daraus klare, umsetzbare Handlungsempfehlungen fürs Business ab.
  • Stakeholder\-Management \& Training: Du schulst und unterstützt interne Stakeholder im Umgang mit SAC, koordinierst Anforderungen (Incidents, New Demands) mit dem globalen SAC Task Force Team und treibst die Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft voran.
  • Projekte: Du übernimmst Sonderprojekte im Bereich \& Marketing Controlling (z.B. Tail\-Analysen, Prozessoptimierungen im Planungsablauf).

Was du mitbringst

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HF/FH/Uni) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling/FP\&A, idealerweise im \- oder Commercial\-Umfeld.
  • System\- \& Methodenkompetenz: Erfahrung mit SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) oder vergleichbaren Planungs\-/BI\-Tools sowie sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse; hohe Affinität für Systeme, Datenqualität und Prozessoptimierung.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen: Du bist zahlenaffin, denkst strukturiert und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufbereiten und präsentieren.
  • Business Partnering: Du gehst proaktiv auf interne Kunden zu, hinterfragst konstruktiv\-kritisch und bringst Verbesserungsvorschläge mit hoher Eigeninitiative selbstständig ein.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Sicheres Auftreten sowie klare, direkte Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch (Austausch mit internationalem Mutterhaus und globalem FP\&A\-Team).
  • Teamfähigkeit: Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen, interdisziplinären Team sowie mit globalen Stakeholdern.
