Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherstellung der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie der periodischen Abschlüsse nach OR und internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards
  • Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Management Reporting
  • Betreuung von Steuer-, Audit- und Compliance-Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Steuerung von Treasury, Zahlungsverkehr sowie Debitoren- und Kreditorenprozessen
  • Koordination ausgewählter Payroll-Themen mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Kostenrechnung sowie relevanter Finanzprozesse und Kontrollsysteme
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finanzbereichs
  • Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Finance-Funktion sowie eine höhere Fachausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (mind. Fachausweis) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit unternehmerischem Denken
  • Proaktive Hands-on-Persönlichkeit mit Entscheidungsfreude und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Offene, unkomplizierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen ERP-Systemen
