Für ein etabliertes Schweizer KMU Unternehmen aus der IT- Branche suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und hands-on orientierte Persönlichkeit als Finance Manager:in (m/w/d) 80-100%.

Job Description ##

  • Selbstständige Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung (AR/AP/GL)
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen sowie Verantwortung für den Zahlungsverkehr und Kontenabstimmungen
  • Erstellung bzw. aktive Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach Schweizer OR
  • Verantwortung für Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, Kontenabstimmungen und weitere Abschlussarbeiten
  • Erstellung des Monats- und Quartalsreportings an die Konzernorganisation
  • Aufbereitung von Management-Reports, KPI-Auswertungen und Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Übernahme von Controlling-Aufgaben inklusive Abweichungsanalysen, Forecasts und Unterstützung bei der finanziellen Steuerung
  • Laufende Liquiditätsplanung und Cashflow-Management
  • Vorbereitung und Koordination der Payroll sowie Prüfung von Spesen- und Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei steuerlichen und regulatorischen Themen sowie bei externen Prüfungen
  • Verantwortung für das systemgestützte Mahn- und Forderungsmanagement
  • Aktive Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen und Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie regelmässige Abstimmung mit der Group Finance

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance / Accounting
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Rechnungswesen
  • Abschlusssicherheit nach OR sowie Erfahrung mit Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in AR/AP/GL, Reporting und idealerweise Controlling
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und Buchhaltungssystemen; Erfahrung mit Topal oder vergleichbaren Systemen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude daran, operative Aufgaben selbstständig zu übernehmen
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägtes Ownership-Mindset
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen und Prozesse parallel zu steuern, klar zu priorisieren und Termine zuverlässig einzuhalten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit engen Closing-Deadlines und hoher Qualitätsorientierung
  • Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Proaktive Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
