Du möchtest deine Erfahrung im Produktionscontrolling weiterentwickeln und die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung eines produzierenden Unternehmens in der Rolle als «Mini CFO» aktiv mitgestalten? Als Finance Manager Operations übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der finanziellen Steuerung unserer Produktionsstandorte und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Betriebsleitung und COO.

Finance Manager Operations 80% - 100% (m/w/d)

Arbeitsort: Oberburg BE | regelmässige Präsenz in Benken SG, mindestens 2 Tage alle zwei Wochen

Deine Herausforderung

Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der finanziellen Steuerung unserer beiden Produktionsstandorte mit Fokus auf Oberburg und unterstützt die Betriebsleiter sowie den COO bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.

  • Wirtschaftliche Beurteilung von Investitionen, Infrastruktur, Verträgen und Zahlungsbedingungen mit der daraus folgenden Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Kosten- und Effizienzpotenzialen gemeinsam mit dem Betriebsleiter und COO
  • Sicherstellung einer transparenten Standortführung sowie Aufzeigen finanzieller Risiken und Handlungsbedarfe
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Plausibilisierung der Standardkosten inkl. Analyse von Material-, Mengen-, Preis-, Verbrauchs- und Effizienzabweichungen
  • Erstellung und Koordination von Budget, Forecast und monatlichem Reporting für Oberburg und Benken
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Supply Chain, Technik und dem zentralen Finance Team. Du berichtest an den Leiter Controlling in Benken/SG.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung HF/FH mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionscontrolling eines produzierenden Unternehmens der Nahrungsmittelindustrie, idealerweise in einem Produktionsumfeld mit hohen Stückzahlen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kosten- und Standardkostenrechnung sowie zwingende Erfahrung in der Pflege, Aktualisierung und Analyse von Standardkosten.
  • Sehr gute ERP-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Excel- und BI-Kenntnisse.
